The first job is to stop it getting worse — secure the hazard, clear access, get the weight off the structure. Full cleanup can follow in daylight.
4. Clear And Document

What should I do if a tree falls on my house?
Get everyone out of the affected rooms and stay out. If a power line is involved, call the utility first and keep clear. Then call us — do not try to move anything yourself.
How quickly can you respond?
It depends on the storm. In normal conditions we move quickly; during a regional event there is a queue and we work it by danger. We will tell you honestly where you are in it rather than promise a time we cannot keep.
Is a leaning tree an emergency?
A new lean, or soil lifting on one side of the base, means the root plate is failing. Treat it as urgent and call rather than waiting for a scheduled quote.
Do you handle the cleanup as well?
