How We Work At A House
Most of our work is residential, and most of it happens within a few feet of something that would be expensive to hit.
1. A Free Look
We come out, read the trees and the access, and tell you what actually needs doing. If the honest answer is "less than you thought", that is what you get.
2. A Written Price
Itemized and in writing before we start — what is included, whether the stump is in or out, and what happens to the wood. That number is what the invoice says.
3. The Work Day
We tell you where to park and what to expect for noise. Drop zones set, property protected, and the crew works to a plan rather than improvising.
4. Walk It With You
Cleanup, then a walk round before we leave so anything missed gets sorted while the crew and the chipper are still on site.

Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, free and with no obligation, and the written price is what the final invoice says.
Can you get equipment into a small back yard?
Usually. Where a machine cannot reach, the tree is climbed and rigged down by hand, or lifted out with a crane from the front.
Will you damage my lawn?
Heavy equipment leaves tracks, especially on soft ground. We use the least invasive route that works and tell you in advance what it will cross.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually, as long as we have access and have agreed the work in writing. Most homeowners like to be there for the walkthrough at the end.
What happens to the wood and brush?
Chipped and hauled as standard. If you want logs cut to firewood length and left, say so when we quote.
Do you do emergency work at houses?
